It was Labor day during day time hours.Our Security Guard Company comes on property at night time. There was an issue at the pool area with a gentleman that lives in our complex and with another individual that had sneaked in. We contacted the local police department but they were responding to other incidents and they wouldn’t be able to be there for another 45 minutes. I contacted our Security Company KT Security and they had the Field Supervisor on my property within 10 minutes. The security officer/supervisor asked the individual to leave the premises and escorted him out. The responded extremely quick and very professional.
